We, Verena and Stefan, run our passionate farm with our children and parents in the midst of the impressive landscape with a view of the Schlern. The ideal location allows for hikes on the Rittner Horn in summer and activities such as skiing, tobogganing and snowshoeing in winter. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away, from where you can quickly reach the Rittnerhorn or the village of Klobenstein. There is a playground for our younger guests. We look forward to your visit for an unforgettable time in the beautiful nature of the Ritten!

Our organic farm is located at an altitude of 1300 meters on the enchanting sunny side of the Ritten. We, Stefan and Verena, run the farm together with our children Hanna, Lena and Moritz and our parents Rita and Helmuth. From here you have a breathtaking view of the imposing Schlern, which all our guests can enjoy to the full. The location of our organ
Organic meat
Organic quality you can taste
At Schrofhof, the calves are reared in a natural environment together with the mother cow, feeding them with milk and then organic hay from the farm. The young cattle are slaughtered at the age of 10-12 months. After a careful resting period of 12 days, the meat is processed. The packages contain different types of meat such as schnitzel, roast beef, diced goulash and roasts, regardless of the quantity ordered.

Location
Just under half an hour from the capital city of Bolzano, just above the village of Klobenstein, you will find the Schrofhof farm on the right-hand side of the main road.
